  1. Accept the reality of your situation. Be one with your experience (no mental or emotional resistance).   Intimately express yourself with a person you trust (no judgement or projections – empathy and compassion all the way. If this person has lived what you are going through be open for recommendations – you have the final say because it is your experience and your life.
  2. Put a priority on wanting to feel good (be selfish in wanting to feel good).    Know the survival pattern of your ego (predominant or repetitive thoughts and emotions – what experience do you keep repeating, what keeps making you struggle).
  3. Merge with your divine essence and connect with your Highest Good  – release the natural existential feelings of your heart and gain clarity on what to think or do next and be surprised how the universe aligns you perfectly with the flow of life.
  4. Get busy on the clarity that you have received and ride on the shoulders of Your Higher Self as you reach out for what you want – the Universe heard you. Keep progressing and working towards what you want and desire – pure intentions of your heart through the energy of faith.

Your top priority has to be FEELING GOOD. Life is about feeling. Your desires initially start in your heart. You feel the desire in your heart. When you accept what you are living with the emotions that at times overwhelm you there has to be a release through acceptance in order for your energy to shift.

Feelings will lead you to what you want to feel. Emotions will numb you or disconnect you from the feel good feeling that you want. The visceral energy of emotions you feel guides you to the sacred strength if you allow it.  When you accept and release the emotional flow and you know what you are telling yourself to make yourself feel the way you do you then shift to acceptance when you keep your heart open

When you are present with what you feel and have edged out your ego you are in a very good position to be faithful to the essential needs of your heart and soul. We have fundamental human needs as a child and if they remain unfulfilled as an adult you will at one point in your life struggle with negative emotions and difficult experiences.

For example if the fundamental need of compassion which is the need to be understood remains unfulfilled as a child or adult you will be pitiless. As a child you were not capable of accepting deep, profound feelings for another person. As a child you were not be able to go towards another person and provide help. The child does grow up however and as an adult if this remains unfulfilled chances are you are struggling with compassion and feeling understood.

Alignment is a topic that many refer to. There are several ways to make you feel in alignment with the flow of your life. Being in alignment is the result of valuing your needs and merging with your divinity. 

  1. Connecting with what you are experiencing by allowing your feelings or emotions to flow through you and monitoring your thoughts.
  2. Being clear on your intentions.
  3. Knowing why this is important for you by valuing your needs, soulful love and the intelligence of your heart.

How you connect with your experience is key! Let’s focus on knowing why what you need or desire is important for you.

PROBLEM: Staying in your head by analysing your feelings or resisting the reality of your experience will lead you to be either emotionally unavailable or stuck in fear. The energy will get blocked. Your energy will let you know that you are more aligned with fear. 

You may have physical symptoms of pain. You will then start to feel disconnected. Your heart will close. Coming from insecurity, doubt and fear will make you feel out of alignment. Thinking what you feel plays against you.

BREAKTHROUGH: 
The way to know why this is important for you requires a time of reflection.
Coming from the sacred space of your heart will make you feel that you are exactly where you are meant to be. What is happening will be accepted.
